你是帮助我的，搭救我的。 神啊，求你不要耽延（诗40：17）！ 义人的脚步被耶和华立定；他的道路，耶和华也喜爱。他虽失脚，也不至全身仆倒，因为耶和华用手搀扶他（诗37：23，24）。敬畏耶和华的，大有倚靠，他的儿女，也有避难所（箴14：26）。你是谁？竟怕那必死的人，怕那要变如草的世人，却忘记创造你的耶和华（赛51：12，13）。你不要惧怕他们，因为我与你同在，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的（耶1：8）。你们当刚强壮胆，不要害怕，也不要畏惧他们，因为耶和华你的神和你同去。他必不撇下你，也不丢弃你（申31：6）。我要歌颂你的力量，早晨要高唱你的慈爱；因为你作过我的高台，在我急难的日子作过我的避难所（诗59：16）。你是我藏身之处，你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌四面环绕我（诗32：7）。 Thou art my help and my deliverer； make no tarrying； O my God。 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD： and he delighteth in his way。 Though he fall； he shall not be utterly cast down： for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand。 — In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence： and his children shall have a place of refuge。 — Who art thou； that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die； and of the son of man which shall be made as grass； and forgettest the LORD thy maker？ I am with thee to deliver thee。 — Be strong and of a good courage； fear not； nor be afraid of them： for the LORD thy God； he it is that doth go with thee； he will not fail thee； nor forsake thee。

神是信实的，你们原是被他所召，好与他儿子我们的主耶稣基督一同得分（林前1：9）。 为坚守我们所承受的指望，不至摇动，因为那应许我们的是信实的（来10：23）。神曾说：我要在他们中间居住，在他们中间来往。我要作他们的 神，他们要作我的子民（林后6：16）。我们乃是与父并他儿子耶稣基督相交的（约壹1：3）。要欢喜，因为你们是与基督一同受苦，使你们在他荣耀显现的时候，也可以欢喜快乐（彼前4：13）。
使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心

我们原是他的工作（弗2：10）。 凿出又大又宝贵的石头来，用以立殿的根基（王上5：17）。建殿是用山中凿成的石头。建殿的时候，锤子、斧子和别样铁器的响声都没有听见（王上6：7）。 你们就象活石，被建造成为灵宫（彼前2：5）。被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，有基督耶稣自己为房角石，……靠他同被建造，成为 神藉着圣灵居住的所在（弗2：20，22）。你们从前算不得子民，现在却作了 神的子民（彼前2：10）。 我们是…… 神所建造的（林前3：9）。若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了（林后5：17）。为此培植我们的就是 神，他又赐给我们圣灵作凭据（林后5：5）。 We are his workmanship。 They brought great stones； costly stones； and hewed stones； to lay the foundation of the house。 — The house； when it was in building； was built of stone made ready before it was brought thither： so that there was neither hammer nor axe nor any tool of iron heard in the house； while it was in building。

与圣徒同国（弗2：19）。
你们乃是来到锡安山，永生 神的城邑，就是天上的耶路撒冷。那里有千万的天使，有名录在天上诸长子之会所共聚的总会，有审判众人的 神和被成全之义人的灵魂（来12：22，23）。 这些人都是存着信心死的，并没有得着所应许的，却从远处看见，且欢喜迎接，又承认自己在世上是客旅；是寄居的（来11：13）。 我们却是天上的国民，并且等候救主，就是主耶稣基督从天上降临。他要按着那能叫万有归服自己的大能，将我们这卑贱的身体改变形状，和他自己荣耀的身体相似（腓3：20，21）。 父救了我们脱离黑暗的权势，把我们迁到他爱子的国里（西1：12，13）。 你们是客旅，是寄居的。要禁戒肉体的私欲，这私欲是与灵魂争战的（彼前2：11）。 Fellow citizens with the saints。 Ye are e unto mount Sion； and unto the city of the living God； the heavenly Jerusalem； and to an innumerable pany of angels； to the general assembly and church of the firstborn； which are written in heaven； and to God the Judge of all； and to the spirits of just men made perfect。
